Absolutely no refunds. Only store credits will be issued once your return is processed.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your new purchase but, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 7 days from the date received; Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
All merchandise must be unused, unworn, and unwashed within the 7 day delivery date for Store Credit. Items must have all tags attached and be in original condition. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid shoes being used, dirty and damaged. Also, be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup snags or etc we will not accept the return, and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days for us to receive and process the return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner.
